We enjoyed the hotel, varied and excellent breakfast.

The staff was best and attentive with incredible services. The property was in the heart of the city. The restaurant was good and food was excellent!

It was worth its 4 stars. Staff and location were fabulous, and the private parking was provided. Loved a minibar, an individual safe and a writing table in the room. They serve breakfast for 11 eur per person per day...

The staff here are friendly and helpful, the views from the rooms are stunning, everything is fantastic, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the private bathrooms feel luxurious.

quiet hotel in a charming area really close to very close to the town centre with lots of restaurants, the bonconte and the town center, which is a short uphill walk away.

The location of the hotel is ideal for a city trip to Urbino. The parking lot is directly in front of the hotel (12 Euro per day). The breakfast in the garden was wonderful, gluten-free bread available without problem. The staff from reception to housekeeping was extremely friendly and courteous. Restaurant recommendations and the table reservation offered at the same time were very good.

I would definitely recommend this place and book here again in the future.

Good location at the edge of the old town

The furnishings and style probably dates back to the sixties. In huge need of renovation.

The units are absolutely gorgeous and tidy for a shower stall. the breakfast is varied with a great selection of food. - the hotel's location is marvelous and magnificent, close enough to the ducal palace and oratories, the center of town, and all the tourist spots.

Rich breakfast in a historical ambience (pergola or cloister), friendly staff! Best location for exploring Urbino, parking in the yard! Directly opposite Palazzo Ducale

Lobby makes an untidy impression, just like the gentleman at the reception. Current information would have been helpful; e.g. that the cathedral is not accessible. But the location of the hotel overlooks it.

The location is a big plus of this hotel. Optimally located in the old town and on the other hand very quiet. It is also pleasant to have breakfast in the small garden. A big praise to the very friendly and helpful staff of the reception.

The breakfast offer was quite modest after all. Also the fact that there is no WLAN is annoying.

the room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful bathroom. the staff were kind and the breakfast buffet had plenty of European options. the hotel's central location made it easy to access all the tourist attractions and explore the city on foot. the Suite del Duca was well worth the upgrade, offering a stunning view of the countryside.

I did find the entrance to be a bit tricky to find, even with the help of Google maps and directions.

We definitely recommend staying here again. The rooms have a classic decor and the location is wonderful. The terrace was a nice touch. The breakfast is delicious, we really enjoyed it! 🌟

The location inside the walls of Urbino with plenty of on street parking was excellent. Be prepared to walk uphill a lot in Urbino. The staff was professional enough. Good in room mini fridge.

Breakfast at 11 euros per person was unreasonably priced. Wi-fi at 5 euros per hour seems to be outside the majority of hotels which offer it for free. The staff sprayed some obnoxious chemical after cleaning the room. The shower was a major challenge. Not a good value.
